Now, in addition to email, schools and parents can connect through social media like Twitter, Facebook and Skype. The Houston Independent School District in Texas has more than two hundred thousand students. Most of them come from lower-income families. Elizabeth Blackwell was born in England in 1821, and moved to New York City when she w
